Franz Lehr

Lawyer
"I see my task as a lawyer in translating abstract legal execution into quick answers and understandable formulations - close to the concrete case and always close to our client."
Franz Lehr

The focus of Franz Lehr's work is on labour law. The broad spectrum and multifaceted nature of the department at Battke Grünberg inspire the lawyer, who has dedicated himself in particular to issues of employee data protection. He already focused on data protection law during his work as a research assistant at the Chair for Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, in particular Copyright Law, as well as Media and Data Protection Law at the TU Dresden. With this expertise, he made an excellent leap into the working world - safely landing at Battke Grünberg. Here he also handles cases relating to ecclesiastical employment law and advises clients on general civil law. What will remain important for him in the future: fast responsiveness, comprehensible answers and long-term relationships.

Out of the four walls, into the countryside. Franz Lehr prefers to be in good company - namely with his family of four or good friends. Because even if there is little time as a lawyer and family man, he enjoys the change of perspective when cycling or the rhythm of electronic beats when attending a festival.
